January 2015 Consumer Reports: A Winter Survival Guide, Gluten Free Taste Test

One of the biggest trends today in food is going gluten-free. But does eating gluten-free make you healthier? This month's Consumer Reports cover article lists six "realities behind the label," and has a list of some gluten-free (and rice-free) foods sampled by their professional tasters that passed their taste test.
