Cookbooks and televsion and blogs...oh my!

In the multi-media world we live in, bloggers who love to cook have turned to publishing their recipes as more traditional cookbooks.  Similarly, cookbook authors have taken to blogging, to draw in a larger audience.  Some of these folks have even gotten TV gigs and started popular cooking shows.  Here are some bloggers turned authors and authors turned bloggers.  As Julia Childs would say, "Bon Appetit"---whichever media you choose.
